Oak:  100% Barrel aged, one year old French oak for 6 months
Alcohol:  15.0%

Note: "There is no legal definition and no industry standard with regards to old vine classification.  It has always been my understanding that it means a minimum vineyard age of 50 years old."

TASTING NOTES

• A complex aroma with loads of jam
• Some red plums, currants and licorice
• Hints of tar, spice and black pepper on the palate
• Rich, jammy flavors compliment sublte vanilla notes
• Long, balanced mouthfeel with firm finish
