TASTING NOTES

This is an extremely fruit forward, user-friendly wine. This handcrafted wine is soft and rich with a great core of black fruits and an integrated, balanced mouth feel. It combines blackcurrants; some notes of vanilla and subtle toast flavors to compliment this wines' long finish. I recommend pairing this wine with some nice BBQ ribs, steak or perhaps some Mediterranean cuisine.

TASTING NOTES

Smooth and spicy, an elegant style with well-focused flavors of blackcurrant and black cherry. Rich fruit aromas combine with some classic varietal characters adding to the wine's complexity. Touches of pipe tobacco and a careful use of oak lend weight to the finish. The soft integrated tannins are the last piece to the puzzle. Enjoy this wine with a wide range of food: from pasta to hearty meat dishes, or of course, all by itself!
