TASTING NOTES

• Some grassy notes, aromas of grapefruit and kiwi
• essence of lime and its intensity adds a sweet and sour note
• soft and silky palate with a hint of vanilla
• flavors are integrated and present a citrus twist and stone fruit profile
• round, plush and finishes elegantly crisp

Served cold as possible with oysters, fish and chips and a sandy beach
